WHAT THE DAY LOOKS LIKE
A real guided day, not a ride
This is a private day in the Bavarian Alps with someone who lives in them. We pick you up at your door in Munich, and from that moment you have a guide, a storyteller and company for the day. There is no fixed script: we agree the route on the drive to the Alps and adjust it as we go — around your pace, your energy, and the weather on the mountain.
Zugspitze, 2,962 metres
If the sky is open, we start at the top of Germany. From the summit terrace you look across more than 400 peaks in four countries. Mountain weather turns fast here, so we keep this decision for the day itself rather than sell you a view that might not be there.
Eibsee, at the foot of the mountain
Back down, Eibsee lies turquoise under the peak you have just stood on. We walk a short way to the bridge — the best view on the lake — and have a small picnic by the water. No long hike, just the lake at its best.
And the evening
If you would like, we end the day at a restaurant we eat at ourselves, before the quiet drive home to Munich.

Partnachklamm & Garmisch-Partenkirchen
A walk between 80-metre limestone walls with the river roaring beside you, then the frescoed houses of Ludwigstraße and the stories behind them.
Wank & Garmisch-Partenkirchen
Our sun balcony. A second cable car onto a wide, quiet plateau with the whole valley and the Zugspitze in front of you, then down into the old town.
Mittenwald & the lakes
A preserved alpine town of painted houses and violin makers under the Karwendel wall, with Walchensee on the road home.

HOW THE DAY RUNS
Munich → Zugspitze → Eibsee → your afternoon → dinner → Munich
• Pick-up at your hotel or apartment in Munich — we agree the shape of the day during the drive to the Alps.
• Zugspitze — optional cable car to 2,962 m, weather permitting. Tickets extra.
• Eibsee — a short walk to the bridge, the most Instagrammable spot on the lake, and a small picnic by the water.
• Your afternoon — Partnachklamm or Wank with Garmisch-Partenkirchen, or Mittenwald and the lakes.
• Lunch or dinner — optional, at a restaurant we actually eat at.
• Back in Munich — door-to-door, in the evening.

BEFORE YOU COME
MEETING POINT
Door-to-door. We collect you from any hotel or apartment in the Munich city area and bring you back to the same address. The exact pick-up time we agree with you personally.
WHAT TO BRING
• Comfortable shoes with decent grip — no boots needed
• A warm layer even in summer: it is often ten degrees colder at the summit than in Munich
• Sunglasses
KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
The Tesla Model Y seats 3–4 guests comfortably — tell us about large luggage or a stroller in advance. When we can, we run the day with both of us, so you get two hosts rather than one.

We traveled at the beginning of January and really enjoyed this tour! Yulia was an excellent guide—warm, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the day. She took us to all the planned locations, including beautiful scenic spots and charming local areas, and gave us plenty of time to explore, take photos, and really soak in each place without ever feeling rushed. She also brought us to a delicious local restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and freshly prepared food, which made the experience feel even more authentic and memorable. The tour was very comfortable for our group of four adults, and everything was well organized from start to finish. We highly recommend it!
