3. Booking Process

You may contact us via our website, email, or WhatsApp. Once we confirm availability, we will provide a detailed offer. Your booking is confirmed after written acceptance (email or message) and — if applicable — deposit payment.

We will always provide clear and transparent information before confirming any arrangements.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Less 24 hours 50%

  • Free of charge rebooking or cancellation if the weather forecast is bad (heavy run or storm)

In rare cases (e.g., weather, safety, illness), we may need to cancel or reschedule. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour/date.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or supervised by a responsible adult

  • You are physically fit to participate in the chosen tour/activity

  • You will follow all local laws and our guide’s instructions

  • You accept all risks associated with outdoor activities

We are not responsible for personal belongings or injuries resulting from reckless behavior or failure to follow guidance.

6. Prices & Payments

All prices are provided in euros (€) and will be clearly communicated before booking. At this time, we do not accept payments through the website. Payment can be arranged via bank transfer, cash, or other methods agreed upon.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take great care to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we are not liable for:

  • Injuries or accidents during tours

  • Weather disruptions or acts of nature

  • Actions of third-party providers (e.g., hotels or transport companies)

  • Lost or stolen personal items

You are responsible for securing appropriate travel insurance before your trip.
